I like your running plan with the cross-training. That is so important. I will say I do not do enough of it these days. But with my pelvis dislocation, it has become a requirement. That and non-static stretching has been my life-saver and why I am able to still run. Yet another reason why I want a spin bike at home. I will say that your comment about feeling lazy when only doing 10 miles in a week was funny to me because I am only able to get in 12 to 15 miles a week. Kid, time and body does not allow for much more. Yet another reason why the cross-training is so important.
